TRADER Corporation and the Toronto Automobile Dealers Association Drive New Partnership

Toronto, ON, December 18, 2007 – Over 350 car dealers in the Greater Toronto Area can now more easily drive their business into the fast lane due to a new relationship between TRADER Corporation (TRADER) and the Toronto Automobile Dealers Association (TADA).

Through this new strategic partnership, TRADER will offer TADA members incentives to use its “Dealer Showroom” service that provides real-time tools for dealers to manage their inventory. TRADER is the only company in Canada to offer this integrated media management solution designed as a one-stop shop for all the services dealers need to market their inventory faster, easier and more accurately.

“We are very excited about our new relationship with TADA as it reinforces a true sense of partnership between the two organizations,” said Doug Clarke, President, TRADER Corporation.  “Dealers can now come to us for all their media needs.  We help manage a dealer’s inventory and increase their visibility, which in turn, enable us to offer users more comprehensive information to meet their needs.” A weekly average of 280,000 ads run on the autoTRADER.ca™ sites which attract over 2.5M unique visitors monthly (Source: Comscore Media Metrix).

The new deal sees TRADER as the preferred supplier of digital data capture making dealer’s inventory visible through TADA and TRADER’s own network of web sites.  The tool allows dealers to create, manage and market their complete vehicle inventory, 24/7. The value-added service includes up-to-the-minute reports, which means that dealers can view their entire inventory, creating a more cost-effective and efficient solution.

“We are pleased to offer our members access to valuable services with Canada’s leading car destination, Auto TRADER,” said Barry Gee, Executive Director, Toronto Automobile Dealers Association.  “This deal benefits all parties and allows us to better serve our membership.”

The two organizations have entered into a five year partnership agreement that will commence on January 1, 2008.  The financial terms of the transaction will not be disclosed.

TRADER Corporation Enters Into Partnership with Quebec’s Largest Classified Web Site LesPAC.com

Toronto, ON – April 19, 2007 – TRADER Corporation (TRADER), Canada’s leader in print and online vertical media, and LesPAC, Quebec’s largest classified web site, are pleased to announce the creation of a partnership dedicated to providing online classified advertising services.

“We are very excited to partner with LesPAC, Quebec’s number one classified web site,” says Geneviève LeBrun, Vice President, Marketing, TRADER Corporation. “This partnership with LesPAC.com adds value to our existing web presence that notably includes autoTRADER.ca and YellowPages.ca, two leaders in their respective markets. LesPAC.com will bring further rich local content and traffic to our online network of directories and vertical media.”

TRADER acquired a 50% interest in the partnership with LesPAC. The new partnership is being formed through the combination of LesPAC.com and TRADER‘s Occasion.ca™. LesPAC generated $4 million in revenues in 2006. The general partnership agreement includes standard provisions such as unanimous consent for material decisions, restrictions on transfers and non-compete covenants. The financial terms of the transaction will not be disclosed. Both companies will maintain their respective operations in Montreal.
