“WIN AN APPLE WATCH CONTEST”
Official Contest Rules and Regulations

1. Agreement: These rules govern the “Win An Apple Watch Contest” (“Contest”). NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to enter the Contest. The act of entering the Contest constitutes acceptance of the Contest rules and warrants that the entry complies with all requirements set out in these Contest rules.
2. Sponsor: The Contest sponsor is TRADER Corporation (the “Sponsor”).
3. Eligibility: Only residents of Canada are eligible to participate in this Contest, excluding the following: a. Residents of Quebec. b. Employees of: (i) the Sponsor, and (ii) the Sponsor’s advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, media buying and promotional agencies, or a member of such person’s immediate family or household. In these Rules, “immediate family” means mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, or legal or common-law spouse.
4. Contest Period: The Contest begins December 9, 2015, at nine o’clock Eastern Standard Time (9:00:00 A.M.EST) and ends December 18, 2015 at eleven fifty nine Eastern Standard Time (11:59:00 P.M. EST). Draws for the prize will commence on December 21, 2015. The winner of the prize will be announced on December 22, 2015.

1. Contest Entry: To enter the Contest, Entrants (1) must have received the Contest email invitation; (2) Must complete the entry form by providing first name, last name, email address, and dealership/organization name; (3) Only one (1) qualifying entry form per email address will be accepted during the Contest Period. In the event it is discovered that any individual attempted to enter the Contest more than once, any and all of such individual’s entries will be disqualified from this Contest; (4) Winner will be randomly selected out of all eligible entries received during the contest period for the applicable draw date. The winners of the prizes will be announced on December 21, 2015.
2. Prizes: There will be one (1) prize giveaway of an Apple Watch ((42mm Space Gray Aluminum Case with Black Sport Band) retail value: $399.00. The prize draw will be conducted December 21, 2015. The odds of being selected as a winner in the Prize Draw depend on the number of eligible entries received.
3. Claiming of Prizes: The pick-up of prizes shall the responsibility of the winners. No amount shall be due by winner to Sponsor or prize suppliers upon delivery of the prizes. If a winner does not claim their prize within seven (7) days of the arranged time and location, the next runner-up will be contacted, and the first entrant selected will have no further claim to the prize. The winner cannot substitute a prize or portion of it nor transfer a prize in cash. The Sponsor is not responsible for unclaimed prizes. Any costs or expenses incurred by the winner claiming any of the above prizes are the responsibility of the winner.
4. Privacy: We use your personal contact information to administer contests, including contacting, announcing and promoting prizewinners. Contest entries become the property of TRADER Corporation. In addition, we may use this information to send you offer or information about us, our affiliates and from selected sponsors or advertisers (“Marketing Offers”) if you fill out the contest entry accordingly. If you do not wish to receive Marketing Offers any more, you may opt-out at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of any email Marketing Offer you receive or informing your telemarketer at the time you are called with a Marketing Offer, and requesting that your personal information not be used for Marketing Offers.
5. Banning: The Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, prohibit any person from entering any contest whom it believes to be abusing the rules. Such abuse includes entering false information and entering more than as stated in the contest rules.
6. Other: All decisions of the Contest judge are final. The Contest is governed by the laws of Canada applicable therein. All prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize or portion of the prize with a Prize of equal or greater value. All Prizes are awarded as-is and no warranties or guarantees are implied or expressed, beyond the standard manufacturer’s warranty. Sponsor is not liable for any lost or stolen entries or inability to process entries, or any errors, damage or negligence that may arise in connection with this Contest.
7. Cancellation: The Sponsor reserves the right to void any entry and/or cancel or modify the contest in whole or in part (without notice to entrants individually) if, in its sole subjective discretion, it determines that for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, fraud, technical failures, human, printing or distribution errors, or any causes or occurrences have compromised the administration, safety, fairness or integrity of the Contest.
