Si vous offrez une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de moyens qui permettent de respecter les nouvelles habitudes de distanciation physique (clavardage en ligne ou essai routier \u00e0 domicile), faites-le savoir haut et fort! Occupez-vous avec le plus grand soin de toute demande d\u2019information et implantez divers moyens pour entretenir le dialogue avec ces acheteurs potentiels jusqu\u2019au moment o\u00f9 ils seront pr\u00eats \u00e0 se commettre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Effets sur le covoiturage et les transports publics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depuis le d\u00e9but de la pand\u00e9mie au Canada, les d\u00e9placements en covoiturage ont diminu\u00e9 de 65%, tandis que 81% de personnes interrog\u00e9es ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 ne plus utiliser les transports publics. Cette situation est en partie due \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des d\u00e9placements effectu\u00e9s par les travailleurs, mais aussi aux efforts de distanciation physique visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la propagation du virus dans les espaces confin\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>On peut aussi se demander si la situation actuelle aura une influence sur leur intention de <em>continuer<\/em> \u00e0 utiliser les transports en commun apr\u00e8s la p\u00e9riode de confinement? Les consommateurs nous disent que oui, ce sera le cas.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019on leur demande s\u2019ils ont l\u2019intention de revenir \u00e0 leurs habitudes ant\u00e9rieures de transports en commun une fois la COVID-19 pass\u00e9e, 70% des r\u00e9pondants disent qu\u2019ils n\u2019utiliseront plus l\u2019auto-partage et 40% disent qu\u2019ils ne retourneront pas dans les transports publics. Les raisons invoqu\u00e9es comprennent la souplesse d\u2019utilisation d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule personnel (44%), le contr\u00f4le de l\u2019espace personnel (36%) et le contr\u00f4le de la propret\u00e9 et de l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne (33%).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La plus int\u00e9ressante constatation pour l\u2019industrie automobile serait certainement que 14% des personnes interrog\u00e9es qui ne poss\u00e8dent pas actuellement de v\u00e9hicule pr\u00e9voient maintenant en acheter un en cons\u00e9quence directe de la COVID-19. Il est ainsi pr\u00e9visible que la situation actuelle entra\u00eenera des changements d\u2019habitudes, ce qui signifie que les commer\u00e7ants automobiles se doivent d\u2019\u00eatre pr\u00e9sents en ligne plus que jamais, afin de joindre ces consommateurs qui entreprennent leur parcours d\u2019achat automobile.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, il y aura de nombreux premiers acheteurs qui auront sans doute besoin de plus d\u2019information et d\u2019\u00eatre mieux guid\u00e9s dans leur achat: assurez-vous que vos vendeurs sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s pour les informer et leur offrir un service plus attentionn\u00e9 que jamais.
