La tendance observ\u00e9e au T3 s\u2019est \u00e9tendue au march\u00e9 d\u2019occasion, les ventes au dernier trimestre ayant recul\u00e9 de 1,1% sur douze mois. Malgr\u00e9 tout, et malgr\u00e9 des diff\u00e9rences d\u2019une province \u00e0 l\u2019autre, l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2025 se termine par une hausse annuelle des ventes dans l&rsquo;occasion.<\/p>\n<p>Toujours dans l&rsquo;occasion, la moyenne des prix s\u2019est normalis\u00e9e au second semestre pour fermer l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e \u00e0 35 201$, une hausse annuelle de 2,0%. Globalement, les v\u00e9hicules d&rsquo;occasion demeurent environ 830$ plus chers que l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente \u00e0 cause des droits de douane et du dynamisme du d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Les ventes de neuf ont suivi une tendance similaire, avec un ralentissement au second semestre et une fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025 globalement en hausse de 2,0%. L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e s\u2019est termin\u00e9e avec une moyenne des prix dans le neuf de 63 439$, en baisse de 2,7% par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Si la catastrophe promise concernant les droits de douane ne s&rsquo;est pas mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9e, c\u2019est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une bonne disponibilit\u00e9 des v\u00e9hicules et \u00e0 l&rsquo;Accord Canada\u2013\u00c9tats-Unis\u2013Mexique (ACEUM).
