Malgr\u00e9 la situation macro\u00e9conomique pr\u00e9occupante, individuellement, les Canadiens demeurent r\u00e9solument optimistes face aux six prochains mois. Pour les acheteurs sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019usag\u00e9, les places d\u2019affaires automobiles en ligne (50%), les sites Web des commer\u00e7ants (40%) et ceux des constructeurs (40%) demeurent les premi\u00e8res sources d\u2019information. De plus, 9 consommateurs sur 10 disent souhaiter faire au moins une partie de leur parcours d\u2019achat de v\u00e9hicule en ligne, alors qu\u2019ils sont 6 sur 10 \u00e0 se dire pr\u00eats \u00e0 le faire compl\u00e8tement en ligne.<\/p>\n<p>Cette pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour magasiner en ligne ne se d\u00e9ment pas, et fait ressortir l\u2019importance de proposer une exp\u00e9rience coh\u00e9rente et structur\u00e9e.
