Les sc\u00e9narios possibles vont d\u2019une stagnation des ventes \u00e0 une baisse de 25% cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>La demande de v\u00e9hicules d\u2019occasion reste forte, en partie parce que certains acheteurs d\u00e9laissent le neuf et que d\u2019autres s\u2019empressent d\u2019acheter avant la hausse de prix. Toutefois, les niveaux d\u2019inventaire restent bas, une situation qui devrait perdurer jusqu\u2019en 2027 et contribuer \u00e0 maintenir les prix assez haut.<\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019on compare aux pics de la pand\u00e9mie, l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 est tout de m\u00eame meilleure. Il faut maintenant moins de semaines de salaire (moyen) pour pouvoir acheter, m\u00eame s\u2019il en faut toujours plus qu\u2019avant la pand\u00e9mie.
