L\u2019objectif reste le m\u00eame: adapter son offre et son approche aux pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences de sa client\u00e8le afin d\u2019assurer son succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019analyse des r\u00e9sultats de notre plus r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude sur les intentions d\u2019achats automobiles, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 la mi-f\u00e9vrier, s\u2019av\u00e8re \u00eatre un v\u00e9ritable baume pour plusieurs marchands et concessionnaires, apr\u00e8s le l\u00e9ger d\u00e9clin enregistr\u00e9 au dernier trimestre de 2024 qui en avait inqui\u00e9t\u00e9 plus d\u2019un. De m\u00eame, cette constance quant aux achats importants, dont fait bien entendu partie l\u2019achat d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule, confirme l\u2019optimisme g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des consommateurs, servant de moteur essentiel pour soutenir la demande sur le march\u00e9 automobile canadien. Cette influence se traduit par une r\u00e9duction du budget d\u2019achat (30%), une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les v\u00e9hicules d\u2019origine canadienne (30%) ou par un allongement du processus d\u2019achat afin de trouver le meilleur prix (29%). Il est int\u00e9ressant de noter la mont\u00e9e d\u2019une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les v\u00e9hicules fabriqu\u00e9s au Canada, refl\u00e9tant ainsi un nationalisme \u00e9conomique accru, une r\u00e9action logique dans un contexte commercial en proie \u00e0 l\u2019incertitude en Am\u00e9rique du Nord. Pour les acheteurs d\u2019occasion, les places d\u2019affaires automobiles en ligne constituent la source d\u2019information privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e, avec 55% de ceux-ci consultant des petites annonces, suivis par les sites Web des marchands d\u2019occasion (39%) et environ un \u00e9ventuel acheteur sur deux fait la tourn\u00e9e des salles de montre. La tendance est similaire pour le neuf: 51% des r\u00e9pondants visitent les sites Web des constructeurs, 41% ceux des concessionnaires et 39% consultent les petites annonces sur ces plateformes. Notons qu\u2019une hausse de quatre points a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9e pour la citation des places d\u2019affaires en ligne, principales ressources consult\u00e9es tant pour les acheteurs de v\u00e9hicules neufs que d\u2019occasion.Cette stabilit\u00e9 parmi les sources consult\u00e9es soul\u00e8ve l\u2019importance d\u2019adopter une strat\u00e9gie de mise en march\u00e9 multicanal, tant pour les constructeurs automobiles que pour leurs concessionnaires, afin de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de tous les segments de consommateurs. Dans la m\u00eame lign\u00e9e, 88% des acheteurs de v\u00e9hicules neufs souhaitent acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des ressources utiles d\u2019aide \u00e0 l\u2019achat en ligne, un r\u00e9sultat un brin sup\u00e9rieur par rapport aux 85% enregistr\u00e9s du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des acheteurs d\u2019occasion. Parmi tous les acheteurs d\u2019automobiles int\u00e9ress\u00e9s \u00e0 compl\u00e9ter en ligne certaines \u00e9tapes de leur parcours d\u2019achat, 96% comparent les mod\u00e8les, 91% v\u00e9rifient la disponibilit\u00e9 des v\u00e9hicules, 85 % s\u2019informent sur les d\u00e9lais de livraison, 83% \u00e9valuent la valeur de reprise de leur v\u00e9hicule actuel par le d\u00e9taillant, et 82% souhaitent en savoir plus sur les options de financement.<\/p>\n<p>Les solides intentions d\u2019achat exprim\u00e9es par les consommateurs canadiens en ce d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e t\u00e9moignent \u00e0 nouveau de leur r\u00e9silience face \u00e0 l\u2019incertitude qui impr\u00e8gne pr\u00e9sentement les mondes \u00e9conomiques et politiques. Comme dans tout autre secteur visant le succ\u00e8s \u00e0 long terme, l\u2019industrie canadienne de la vente au d\u00e9tail automobile doit continuer \u00e0 s\u2019adapter aux pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences de ses acheteurs. Cela implique de privil\u00e9gier une strat\u00e9gie de marketing num\u00e9rique, tant les consommateurs adoptent ces outils tout au long de leur parcours d\u2019achat.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb30px\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"color: #525454;\"><strong>La poire reste coup\u00e9e en deux du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du financement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats restent aussi au beau fixe c\u00f4t\u00e9 financement par rapport \u00e0 notre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent rapport, alors que 46% des acheteurs de v\u00e9hicules d\u2019occasion et 54% des acheteurs de v\u00e9hicules neufs pr\u00e9voient financer leur achat.
