Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du neuf, on remarque une hausse continue de l\u2019approvisionnement depuis ao\u00fbt 2021.<sup>1 <\/sup> Selon nos mod\u00e9lisations, nous anticipons une hausse modeste des inventaires de v\u00e9hicules neufs au cours des prochaines ann\u00e9es. Par cons\u00e9quent, nous pr\u00e9voyons une hausse des inventaires usag\u00e9s en 2024, qui seront doublement stimul\u00e9s: d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 par une hausse des ventes de v\u00e9hicules neufs et de l\u2019autre par une l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse de la demande de v\u00e9hicules d\u2019occasion. Cependant, \u00e0 compter de 2025, en raison de la r\u00e9duction des ventes de v\u00e9hicules neufs entre 2020 et 2022, ainsi que d\u2019une baisse du nombre de retours de location, nous anticipons un resserrement de l\u2019offre de v\u00e9hicules d\u2019occasion, ce qui pourrait se refl\u00e9ter sur les prix, surtout si ces circonstances s\u2019accompagnent par une solide demande li\u00e9e \u00e0 une am\u00e9lioration des facteurs macro\u00e9conomiques.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb15px\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row gap=\u00a0\u00bb30&Prime; equal_height=\u00a0\u00bbyes\u00a0\u00bb content_placement=\u00a0\u00bbmiddle\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Les intentions d\u2019achat demeurent \u00e9lev\u00e9es; la croissance des ventes devrait se poursuivre en 2024 <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Depuis 2020, <a href=\"https:\/\/go.trader.ca\/fr\/combating-economic-impacts-on-the-2023-car-shopper-journey\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">notre \u00e9tude du suivi des perceptions<\/a> des acheteurs automobiles au Canada enregistre une intention d\u2019achat soutenue sur un horizon de six mois, en particulier du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du neuf, notamment en raison de la hausse de l\u2019offre.<sup>2<\/sup> L\u2019attrait global envers la possession d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule demeure \u00e9lev\u00e9, alors que 83% des d\u00e9placements pour se rendre au travail s\u2019effectuaient en v\u00e9hicule individuel en mai 2023, sous l\u2019influence d\u2019une d\u00e9faveur soutenue envers le transport en commun et le covoiturage.<sup>3<\/sup> Malgr\u00e9 le l\u00e9ger ralentissement r\u00e9cent des ventes de v\u00e9hicules d\u2019occasion, observ\u00e9 au d\u00e9but d\u2019ao\u00fbt, ce volet du march\u00e9 devrait cro\u00eetre en 2024.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb30px\u00a0\u00bb][vc_single_image image=\u00a0\u00bb12040&Prime; img_size=\u00a0\u00bbfull\u00a0\u00bb alignment=\u00a0\u00bbcenter\u00a0\u00bb][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb30px\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row gap=\u00a0\u00bb30&Prime; equal_height=\u00a0\u00bbyes\u00a0\u00bb content_placement=\u00a0\u00bbmiddle\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb30px\u00a0\u00bb][vc_single_image image=\u00a0\u00bb11223&Prime; img_size=\u00a0\u00bbfull\u00a0\u00bb alignment=\u00a0\u00bbcenter\u00a0\u00bb][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb30px\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3><b><span data-contrast=\"none\"><strong>Le march\u00e9 des V\u00c9 fait preuve de r\u00e9silience malgr\u00e9 la baisse r\u00e9cente du taux de consid\u00e9ration <\/strong><\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/go.trader.ca\/fr\/vehicules-electriques-les-acheteurs-sont-ils-vraiment-branches-ve-en-2023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Notre \u00e9tude annuelle sur les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques (V\u00c9) <\/a>r\u00e9v\u00e8le une baisse de 12 points du taux de consid\u00e9ration, celui-ci ayant pass\u00e9 de 68% en mars 2022 \u00e0 56% un an plus tard.<sup>4<\/sup> Nous estimons que des circonstances uniques avaient influenc\u00e9 notre \u00e9tude de 2022 sur les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, notamment le d\u00e9clenchement du conflit entre l\u2019Ukraine et la Russie et une flamb\u00e9e des prix de l\u2019essence, ce qui s\u2019\u00e9tait traduit par une hausse temporaire de la demande pour les V\u00c9. Alors que les ventes de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques poursuivent leur croissance, l\u2019offre d\u00e9passe d\u00e9sormais la demande, comme en fait foi une augmentation de 800% en rythme annuel du stock de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques neufs \u00e0 batterie (BEV).<sup>4<\/sup>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row gap=\u00a0\u00bb30&Prime; equal_height=\u00a0\u00bbyes\u00a0\u00bb content_placement=\u00a0\u00bbmiddle\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00c9volution des pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences des acheteurs d\u2019automobiles canadiens<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Diverses \u00e9tudes de consommation et les donn\u00e9es portant sur les tendances de magasinage automobile au Canada soulignent l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019un int\u00e9r\u00eat croissant envers l\u2019utilisation de fonctionnalit\u00e9s transactionnelles en ligne pour r\u00e9aliser une proportion sans cesse plus grande du parcours d\u2019achat automobile.<sup>2<\/sup> De plus en plus de consommateurs signalent l\u2019importance de faire \u00e9voluer le processus de vente traditionnel pour l\u2019aligner aux diverses fa\u00e7ons dont les consommateurs d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui magasinent leur prochain v\u00e9hicule. Pour aider les commer\u00e7ants automobiles \u00e0 mieux servir les consommateurs qui recherchent de nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019achat automobile en ligne, nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un outil appel\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/go.trader.ca\/fr\/configurateur-d-offres\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Configurateur d\u2019offres AutoHebdo.net<\/a>. Int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 la page des d\u00e9tails d\u2019une annonce, dont la consultation est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une intention d\u2019achat \u00e9lev\u00e9e, cet outil g\u00e9n\u00e8re des demandes d\u2019information \u00e0 taux de conversion \u00e9lev\u00e9.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb30px\u00a0\u00bb][vc_single_image image=\u00a0\u00bb11711&Prime; img_size=\u00a0\u00bbfull\u00a0\u00bb alignment=\u00a0\u00bbcenter\u00a0\u00bb][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb30px\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row gap=\u00a0\u00bb30&Prime; equal_height=\u00a0\u00bbyes\u00a0\u00bb content_placement=\u00a0\u00bbmiddle\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb30px\u00a0\u00bb][vc_single_image image=\u00a0\u00bb12042&Prime; img_size=\u00a0\u00bbfull\u00a0\u00bb alignment=\u00a0\u00bbcenter\u00a0\u00bb][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb30px\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Les prix demeurent stables; des corrections importantes sont peu probables <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une hausse continue depuis deux ans, les prix des v\u00e9hicules neufs ont enregistr\u00e9 une l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse en octobre de cette ann\u00e9e, formant ainsi un pic potentiel en raison de l\u2019offre exc\u00e9dentaire.<sup>1<\/sup> Malgr\u00e9 la demande non satisfaite des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du neuf et de l\u2019afflux de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques plus chers, des corrections importantes dans les prix demeurent peu probables. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, le prix des v\u00e9hicules d\u2019occasion a r\u00e9gress\u00e9 depuis juillet, avec la reprise des ventes de v\u00e9hicules neufs, de l\u2019augmentation associ\u00e9e du nombre de v\u00e9hicules d\u2019\u00e9change disponibles et d\u2019une baisse modeste de la demande de v\u00e9hicules d\u2019occasion. Bien que la demande puisse \u00eatre appel\u00e9e \u00e0 fluctuer \u00e0 court terme du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u2019usag\u00e9 en raison d\u2019un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre de l\u2019offre et de la demande, aucune correction substantielle des prix n\u2019est pr\u00e9vue.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb30px\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]Alors que le march\u00e9 automobile canadien enregistre des variations de la demande et qu\u2019il demeure une certaine incertitude en ce qui concerne l\u2019offre, les perspectives de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir demeurent positives.
