Cette situation, combin\u00e9e au renflouement des inventaires, s&rsquo;est traduite par trois baisses mensuelles cons\u00e9cutives (d&rsquo;un mois \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre) des prix moyens dans l&rsquo;usag\u00e9. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du neuf, bien que l&rsquo;offre retourne pr\u00e9sentement \u00e0 des sommets jamais vus depuis le milieu de 2021, il demeure une importante demande refoul\u00e9e \u00e0 satisfaire, alors qu&rsquo;entre 2020 et 2022 nous estimons le d\u00e9ficit des ventes \u00e0 1,3 million de v\u00e9hicules. Par cons\u00e9quent, les prix des v\u00e9hicules neufs continuent \u00e0 grimper, quoiqu\u2019\u00e0 un rythme relativement plus lent.<\/p>\n<p>En septembre 2023, le prix moyen d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule d\u2019occasion a faibli par rapport \u00e0 ao\u00fbt 2023, s\u2019\u00e9tablissant \u00e0 39 155$, ce qui repr\u00e9sentait tout de m\u00eame une hausse de 4,1% sur une ann\u00e9e.
