TRADER Corporation and the Toronto Automobile Dealers Association Drive New Partnership

Toronto, ON, December 18, 2007 – Over 350 car dealers in the Greater Toronto Area can now more easily drive their business into the fast lane due to a new relationship between TRADER Corporation (TRADER) and the Toronto Automobile Dealers Association (TADA).

Through this new strategic partnership, TRADER will offer TADA members incentives to use its “Dealer Showroom” service that provides real-time tools for dealers to manage their inventory. TRADER is the only company in Canada to offer this integrated media management solution designed as a one-stop shop for all the services dealers need to market their inventory faster, easier and more accurately.

The new deal sees TRADER as the preferred supplier of digital data capture making dealer’s inventory visible through TADA and TRADER’s own network of web sites.  The tool allows dealers to create, manage and market their complete vehicle inventory, 24/7. The value-added service includes up-to-the-minute reports, which means that dealers can view their entire inventory, creating a more cost-effective and efficient solution.

The two organizations have entered into a five year partnership agreement that will commence on January 1, 2008.  The financial terms of the transaction will not be disclosed.
